Ground broken on St. Armands parking garage
The city of Sarasota and St. Armands Circle stakeholders celebrated the ongoing construction of a parking garage in the shopping district at an event Wednesday.
Jon F. Swift Construction Doing Work at Brentwood Elementary School
Jon F. Swift Construction is building a 16,000-square-foot cafeteria/auditorium at Brentwood Elementary School, in Sarasota. The project also includes a campus wide HVAC renovation that will be executed in phases to accommodate the school.
Church Unveils New Multi-Use Building
Sarasota’s Church of the Palms recently unveiled its new Palms Center, a 14,000-square-foot multi-use building with a café, lounge, classrooms, stage area and basketball and volleyball court. The Palms Center was designed by Carlson Studio Architecture and built by Jon F. Swift Construction. Founded in 1957, Church of the Palms now has over 1,800 members.
Construction on St. Armands Parking Garage Begins Next Week
The City of Sarasota will begin construction on its new St. Armands Parking Garage next week at the current site of the public surface lot, 73 N. Adams Drive, Sarasota. To accommodate construction, the surface lot will close to the public.
