Client: Ernest “Doc” Werlin/Gulf Coast Community Foundation
Jon F. Swift Construction performed renovations and enhancements to Eloise Werlin Park, formerly known as Causeway Park. This City of Sarasota park is located at the eastern base of the John Ringling Causeway Bridge adjacent to Hart’s Landing. Construction included installation of new playground equipment, fabric shade structures, benches, shell stone pavers, landscaping and sod. Work began in January 2015 and was completed in February 2015.
