Client: City of Sarasota

Jon F. Swift Construction was selected to update the aging underground utilities along with the beautification of the street and sidewalks on Lemon Avenue in downtown Sarasota. This included new:

  • Underground utilities
  • Sidewalks and curb
  • Fountain construction
  • Concrete pavement and brick pavers
  • Landscaping and irrigation
  • Decorative street lighting

A large element of this project was coordination with the businesses along Lemon Avenue and Main Street to ensure they were impacted as little as possible. Our team met with the businesses daily to update them on our progress allowing for a smooth execution and a beautiful final product.
