The Site does not have online contact, quote, or application forms. If you contact us by phone, fax, or by clicking an email link on the Site, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, and the details of your message. This includes:
- General and project inquiries sent to our office email or phone;
- Job applications (for example, a résumé and work history) sent by email to the address listed in a job posting;
- Subcontractor information, such as a completed pre-qualification form, company details, and insurance information that you download from the Site and return to us;
- Project file access requests: project partners may request login details for project file access by calling our office.
B. Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our web server automatically records standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time of your visit. - To review job applications and contact applicants;
- To review subcontractor qualifications and bids and manage project access;
- To operate, maintain, and secure the Site;

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share information only:
- With service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as our website hosting and email providers, and Google (for the embedded map on our Contact Us page);
- With project owners, architects, and other project partners when needed for a project you are involved in;

- In connection with a sale, merger, or reorganization of our business.
4. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including any period required by law or for our business, project, and employment records, and then delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we receive. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and email is not encrypted end to end. Please do not email Social Security numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive information unless we have arranged a secure method with you.

The Site is intended for adults and businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
