Client: Town of Longboat Key

Jon F. Swift Construction was selected as Construction Manager for the Bayfront Park Renovation Project for the Town of Longboat Key. The Town identified a need to update and make improvements to the existing Park and has partnered with Sarasota County to make these improvements. The new Bayfront Park amenities included:

  • Dog park
  • Kayak launch
  • Pickleball
  • Restrooms
  • Safe entrance
  • Children’s area/playground
  • Picnic area
  • Covered pavilion
  • Fishing pier
  • Shuffleboard courts
  • Multipurpose pathway for biking, jogging and Basketball court
  • Exercise/fitness classes
  • Technology hub
  • Bicycle facilities
