Project Description:  

Jon F. Swift Construction was selected as Construction Manager for the Bayfront Park Renovation Project for the Town of Longboat Key. The Town identified a need to update and make improvements to the existing Park and has partnered with Sarasota County to make these improvements. The new Bayfront Park amenities included:

♦ Kayak launch

♦ Pickleball

♦ Restrooms

♦ Safe entrance

♦ Children's area/playground

♦ Picnic area

♦ Covered pavilion

♦ Fishing pier

♦ Shuffleboard courts

♦ Multipurpose pathway for biking, jogging and Basketball court

♦ Exercise/fitness classes

♦ Technology hub
