Project Description
Sabal Palm Bank was founded in 2006 by local bankers, professionals and community leaders. Jon F. Swift Construction was chosen as the Construction Manager to construct their first branch. The building is two-story, 24,000 sf, with a masonry bearing exterior wall and steel truss roof structure. The building features full height window wall entry and distinctive suspended canopies. The interior entry included marble floors, walls and trims and an open riser stair ascending to an open balcony overlooking the first floor lobby and entry.
The building is now occupied by the bank and other well-known tenant including Voalte.
