Client: Sabal Palm Bank
Sabal Palm Bank, a local Sarasota-based bank expanded to their third location in a new building in downtown Sarasota. Jon F. Swift Construction completed the build out of their new location on the first and second floors. Complete with high-end finishes, this new location has now become Sabal Palm Bank’s headquarters.
The scope of work consisted of building open and closed office areas, conference rooms, a waiting area and a teller area. The design called for storefront glass to give the space a feeling of openness and light.
