Jon F. Swift Construction performed exterior storefront renovations to the former Golden Apple Dinner Theatre in downtown Sarasota. The historic building, long-time home to the popular Sarasota dinner theatre, was renovated to house new commercial or retail tenants. The entire original façade of the building fronting Pineapple Avenue across from Five Points Park was removed and replaced with new masonry and storefront window framing. The project began in August 2014 and was completed November 2014.
