Jon F. Swift Construction served as Construction Manager at Risk for this comprehensive HVAC renovation at Booker Middle School in Sarasota. Our team replaced the complete airside and chilled waterside HVAC systems across twelve campus buildings while coordinating construction around the school’s active schedule.
Project Highlights:

♦ Complete pump room infrastructure replacement including piping and pumps
♦ New mechanical mezzanines constructed for air handling equipment
