Project Description:

This project was a phased replacement project for the school’s airside and chilled waterside of the HVAC system in twelve buildings on campus. The Jon F. Swift team installed two new air-cooled chillers, new ice storage tanks, and replacing piping and pumps in the pump room. While replacing HVAC duct work in the classrooms, $700,000 in additional work was added to the project including:

♦ New mechanical mezzanines for the new air handling equipment

♦ New acoustical ceilings

♦ New light fixtures

♦ New floor coverings

♦ Upgraded electrical services

♦ Repaving entire parking lot

♦ Repainted the entire exterior of the school

Even with the additional work, our team was still able to keep this project on budget.
