Client: City of Sarasota
Jon F. Swift Construction was selected as the Construction Manager at Risk for this project. As a part of the City of Sarasota’s Capital Improvements Plan, the project scope included updating the aging infrastructure and utilities. The project also included beautification elements of First Street including widening of the sidewalks, new pavers, street lighting, landscaping and irrigation. This project was challenging being in a downtown atmosphere. Our team worked closely with the restaurants to make the least amount of impact as possible.
