Jon F. Swift, Inc. served as construction manager for this 40,000 SF warehouse and retail supply store. The project consisted of complete site development with parking, site lighting storm drainage and utilities. The building structure is pre-fabricated metal with exterior masonry walls providing a 24,000 SF drive-thru warehouse along with 15,000 SF of retail and showroom space. The project features polished concrete floors and Day-Star high performance skylighting.
