St. Armands Parking Structure

Budget: $12,500,000

Client: City of Sarasota

The City of Sarasota and the St. Armands community determined there was a parking shortage on St. Armands Circle. The new parking structure will contain approximately 520 parking spaces. The parking garage also included solar panels on the top to help offset the electricity costs to operate the garage. In addition, the garage includes a public restroom.
