Jon F. Swift Construction proudly constructed the new water treatment plant supporting the West Villages development in North Port, Florida. This project, required by the City of North Port, provided critical infrastructure for the area’s expanding housing and commercial developments.
Scope of Work
Our team completed three essential metal buildings:
- Electrical Building
- High-Service Pump Station Building
- Operations/Reverse Osmosis Building
Within these structures, our scope included:
- Metal building and roofing systems
- Structural concrete and masonry
- Impact-resistant doors and windows
- Interior framing, drywall and finishes
- Fire protection systems
- New HVAC and plumbing installations
